• The consignee is advised by the CP of the delivery status through cell-phone or E-mail 

CP - PARCEL DOOR TO DOOR

• Transportation of inland parcels up to 30 kg all over the Czech Republic
• Guarantee of the door-to-door delivery the following day after sending
• The consignee is advised by the CP of the delivery status through cell-phone or E-mail so that he/she can coordinate or change the time of delivery according to his/her needs.

CP - COMMERCIAL PARCEL TO A FOREIGN COUNTRY 

• Modern, quick and reliable transportation to more than twenty European countries. The parcels are traced in the Track & Trace System.from the very moment of posting up to the moment of delivery.

CP - TOP-PRIORITY VALUABLE PARCEL TO A FOREIGN COUNTRY

• The service is intended for the general public. The Post is responsible for the shipment up to the value indicated by the sender (Price Indicated). This service can be provided only if it is possible according to the terms and conditions valid in the given country. 
• The parcels are traced in the Track & Trace System from the very moment of posting up to the moment of delivery. 

• NOTE: The aforementioned delivery times are only assumed delivery times.

 DPD Shipping Service

DPD - PRIVATE

• Delivery of the shipment the next day after it was collected at the sender's place all over the Czech Republic from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 
• Evening deliveries in Prague, Brno and Ostrava from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
• Notifying the consignee of  the time of delivery, Shipment Number and the amount of money to be collected in case of C.O.D. shipments one day before delivery through a short text message or by E-mail.
• If the consignee is not caught at home, we make up to three attempts to deliver.
• Tracking and tracing the shipment on line.

DPD - CLASSIC EXPORT

• An economical and reliable way of road transport of shipments around Europe or of air transport to more than 220 destinations worldwide.

DPD - PRIVATE EXPORT

• A comfortable solution to international shipping to selected European countries including proactive communication with the consignee.
• This service can be used when sending shipments to: Belgium, Denmark,  Estonia, Finland, France, Lithuania, Latvia, Luxembourg, Germany, The Netherlands, Poland, Austria, Slovakia, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

• In selected countries, notifying the consignee of  the time of delivery one day beforehand through a short text message or by E-mail.
• On the day of delivery, the consignee will receive an interactive text message or E-mail specifying the time interval within which the shipment will be delivered (depending on the given country).
• If the time of delivery does not suit the consignee, it can be simply changed by replying to the short text message or to the E-mail.
